1. Our guarantee
All NumberIQ products come with a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you've opened the model, followed the setup guide, and don't find it useful, email us at hello@numberiq.ai and we'll refund you in full. No questions asked, no hoops to jump through.
We stand behind what we build. If it doesn't work for your business, you shouldn't pay for it.
2. How to request a refund
Email hello@numberiq.ai within 7 days of your purchase date, using the same email address you purchased with. Let us know which product you bought and that you'd like a refund — that's it.
3. What's covered
The 7-day guarantee applies to all paid NumberIQ products, including NumberIQ Pro and the Founder Starter bundle. NumberIQ Free is, well, free — there's nothing to refund.
4. How refunds are processed
Refunds are issued through Gumroad, our payment processor, back to your original payment method. Once we confirm your refund request, it's typically processed within a few business days, though your bank or card provider may take a little longer to reflect it.
5. After 7 days
Requests made after the 7-day window will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis — email us and we're happy to talk it through, but we can't guarantee a refund outside the guarantee period.
